The life of Bharti Gehani was going good. She had a job as the manager of a recognized salon in Mumbai, a good number of friends and she had just gotten engaged.
But in 2008, her life came spiraling down in just one night when she fell from the stairs of a nightclub where she was partying with her friends and had a horrible accident and was badly injured. She had broken her vertebrae and was bleeding from the head. She underwent surgery but the damage was done and she could never walk again.
