Wild Rice and Creamy Chicken Recipe

Chicken-and-Wild-Rice-Netmarkers

Ingredients

  • 1½ c. water
  • 1 package seasoned long-grain and wild rice mix
  • 8 skinless boneless chicken
  • 2 can Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 4 carrots

Directions

  1. Take a 3 ½ quart slow cooker and stir water, soup, rice, carrots and seasoning packets in it. After this, turn it to coat after adding chicken.
  2. Cook it for about 7 hours on low after covering it. (you can also opt to cook it for 4 hours on high)
  3. For oven: The recipe is same as above except that the carrots are to be sliced ½ inch thick and water is to be reduced to 1 cup. In a baking dish, stir the rice, water, soup and carrots. Turn to coat after adding chicken and then cover the dish. Bake it for about an hour at 375°
