Crisscross Reverse Fly

Pull the legs apart after bending the knees and stretch them to the shoulder distance. With your head facing down, bend just 90 degrees down. With the position of palms facing each other, in each hand, hold a weight. To the level that is slightly lower than the shoulders, raise your hands. Complete 3 sets of 10 reps each.
