Turkey burgers with pickles and smashed avocado recipe

- Potato chips
- 4 potato buns
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 2 avocados
- Black pepper
- 4 slices sharp Cheddar
- Kosher salt
- 2 dill pickles
- At medium-high heat, heat the grill pan. With 1 tbsp each of pepper and salt, season the turkey and then form 4 patties of it. Grill till 160°F per side for about 6-8 minutes and turn just once.
- Take slices of Cheddar and top them on each of the patty and cook for 1 minute after covering it. Grill the buns for about 30 seconds from each side till toasted.
- On the bottom half part of each bun, spread the avocado. Top it with burgers and pickle slices with even division and serve it with potato chips.
