Uber CEO Travis Kalanick’s Twitter account hacked!
The news of the hacking group OurMine was trending and viral a couple of weeks before when it has hacked the Twitter accounts of Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg, Google CEO Sundar Pichai and the former CEO of Twitter, Dick Costolo. To add feathers in the cap, and to join the list now Uber CEO Travis Kalanick is there that shows how powerful hacking has become.
In a tweet at 10:05 ET which was deleted later, the hacking group confirmed that they have now taken the account in their control. It is a bit relax to find that the hackers may not have the direct access to the Twitter account of Kalanick as they seem to just have control on his Quora Account with the help of which users are able to operate Twitter. It is interesting to note the same strategy was adoped by OurMine hacking group to hack Pichai account.
