Diamond pose-Vajrasna:

  • With your legs stretched and spine erect, sit on the floor and the heels should be connected.
  • Place your hands facing the ground by the side palms.
  • Now fold the legs keeping them under the thighs. Start with the left leg and then the right leg.
  • On your upper thighs, place your hands.
  • Inhale and exhale deeply while sitting in a relaxed position.
  • Return back to the original pose when done.
