- With your legs stretched and spine erect, sit on the floor and the heels should be connected.
- Place your hands facing the ground by the side palms.
- Now fold the legs keeping them under the thighs. Start with the left leg and then the right leg.
- On your upper thighs, place your hands.
- Inhale and exhale deeply while sitting in a relaxed position.
- Return back to the original pose when done.
