- Up to the temperature of 375°F, preheat the oven. In each of the chicken piece, cut a pocket and then stuff it with 3 slices pepperoni, 2 tbsp’s mozzarella, 1 whole basil leaf and 1 tbsp pizza sauce.
- Take a large baking dish and transfer the chicken pieces to it.
- With olive oil, brush it and season it with salt, oregano and pepper.
- Bake for about 25-35 minutes till the pepperoni is crunchy and chicken is cooked through.
- Serve it after garnishing it with basil.
