How to use water therapy
It is simple enough to use water therapy. You just have to drink water daily when you wake up before brushing your teeth or having you breakfast. It should be the every first thing you do every morning. You need to drink four glasses of water each containing at least 160 ml of water every morning i.e. approximately 640ml of water every day. You can brush your teeth after drinking the water but you cannot have breakfast until 45 minutes have passed.
It is also healthy to avoid eating or drinking anything after having your meals. That is you should avoid eating anything until at least 2 hours have passed after every meal for a more healthy life.
