- Up to the temperature of 350°F, preheat the oven. Take a baking pan and flour and grease it.
- Cream the sugar and butter together in a large bowl. Working one at a time, beat the eggs and then in 1 ½ tsp vanilla, stir it. Mix together cocoa, tartar cream and flour and then in the mixture of egg, mix it till blended well. Add the walnuts. Take the prepared pan and on its bottom, spread half of this mixture.
- Prepare the middle layer: stir together sweetened condensed milk, coconut and 1 tbsp vanilla in a medium bowl. Layer this carefully over the other layer of chocolate in the pan. With the remaining batter of chocolate, top it. To evenly cover, spread it.
- In the preheated oven, bake it till no shine on the top for about 45-50 minutes. Before cutting it, allow to cool in the pan.
