- Boil the chicken broth in a medium saucepan. Stir in 1 tsp salt, couscous and ¼ cup scallions. Remove it from heat after covering. Allow it to rest for 5 minutes and then with a fork, fluff it.
- In the mean time, combine soy sauce, red pepper flakes, 1 cup water, sugar, drumsticks, ginger and garlic over medium heat in a skillet and bring it to boil. Cook it after reducing heat for about 25 minutes till thoroughly cooked. To evenly coat the chicken in marinade, flip it.
- Take a plate and transfer the chicken to it and to the skillet, add honey. Cook for about 3-4 minutes till a sticky glaze is there. To the skillet, return the chicken and with the lime squeeze, top it. With cilantro and remaining ¼ cup of scallions, garnish it. Immediately serve it with couscous.
