  1. Take a plastic wrap and cover the chicken with it. To even thickness, pound each of the chicken pieces.
  2. Remove the pieces from the plastic wrap and with freshly ground pepper and sea salt, generously season the chicken.
  3. Prepare the garlic, tomatoes and basil and then set it aside. As per the instructions given on the packet, prepare the pasta.
  4. Take a large skillet and in this, heat olive oil. To this, add the chicken and from both the sides, pan fry it for several minutes till an even browning is there and chicken is thoroughly cooked. Set the chicken aside once it is cooked.
  5. Allow the oil to cool for a few minutes, add tomatoes to this and then return it to heat. Simmer and cook the tomatoes till a mixture that is sauce like is achieved. Add the butter and garlic and to combine well, stir it till the butter melts.
  6. To this, add the chicken back and for a few minutes, soak it in sauce.
  7. Stir in the basil just before ready to serve. With the sauce and the chicken, top the pasta servings.
