The area of abdominal muscles is targeted in this exercise. To begin with this, bring the yoga mat and sit on it in bent knees position. The distance between feet must be hip width with hands behind. From ground, lift the body up. Now lift up one leg to touch the feet with opposite arm. Repeat this with alternate ones after few seconds hold. For about 60 seconds, continue it with the alternate legs. To avoid the position getting too hard for you, do not raise hips too high otherwise it can get complex to achieve.
