1) Ginger: It improves blood circulation and reduces their appearance.
- Cut ginger into thin pieces.
- Add into 2 cups of boiling water and keep it for 10 minutes.
- Strain and add honey and drink it 2-3 times a day.

- Walk daily for 30minutes.
