      9. Halasana: not for beginners.

  • Lie on the floor.
  • Lift your legs upward until they are perpendicular to the floor.
  • Bring your legs over your head until they touch the ground.
  • Put your palms on the back for support
  • Relax.


     10. Padmasana: best to calm your mind, relax and sharpen your memory.

  • Sit with your legs in front of you
  • Bend your right knee and place it on the outer side of your left thigh
  • Repeat with left knee
  • Palms on your knees
  • Relax.
