- Ginger tea: It has anti-inflammatory and pain reducing properties, if you are suffering from muscle strain then it is good to have ginger on regular, it is effective in pain relief.
- Ice: Use crushed ice wrapped in the towel or a frozen water bottle and apply on the area affected with pain. The cold temperature is effective in reducing pain in foot tendons. Apply for about 10 to 15 minutes few times in a day and it will give relief to the pain.
These homemade remedies are usually effective for heel pain. If in case these do not work well in few days then it is advisable to visit a doctor and find out the real cause of the problem.
