Below are few simple remedies to reduce the heel pain.
- Massage: Use warm oil for massaging your foot and it will give instant relief from the pain. It is not the permanent solution, and it is highly suggested to do it before going for the run and after exercise. It helps in loosening up the muscles and provides a good stretch to them.
- Stretching exercises: Sometimes the leg muscles becomes weak due to which the heel can be painful. DO some nice stretching exercises regularly for strengthening your leg muscles and this will help in making the heel stronger and better.
