- In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. To this, add the onion and cook for about 6 minutes till tender. After this, add garlic to this and cook for another 1 minutes. Add the ground chicken to this and cook for about 6 minutes more till no longer pink.
- Stir in the brown sugar, ketchup, chili powder, mustard and Worcestershire and with pepper and salt, stir it. Simmer for about 5 minutes till saucy and thick.
- With mozzarella, top it and then cover for 2 minutes with a lid.
- On the buns, serve it.
