Egg white bites for breakfast

This is the low calorie diet that is quick and easy to prepare and therefore serve as a great option for breakfast in weekday as well as snacks in midday.
Note: Make use of cottage cheese to make the slightly rubbery egg whites creamier.

- ½ cup[ cottage cheese (low-fat)
- 16 ounce egg whites liquid
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- ¼ cup feta cheese (crumbled)
- 1 cup finely chopped fresh spinach
- 1/3 cup chopped and drained red peppers (roasted)
- 1 tbsp minced and fresh basil
