“Prevention is always better then cure” – this saying is known by all but how many people actually follow this. Instead of taking proper health care at home they are dependent on the doctors. It is always better to determine well in advance you are in good health or not. Perform the health check up test given below at home on regular basis and stay fit.
1. The respiratory system
Inhale deeply by keeping lighted match in front of you and exhale from the mouth. Try to extinguish the flame while exhaling. Count the number of attempts you made to off the flame. If the count is more it suggest you have weak respiratory system which may be due to smoking, respiratory illness or no exercise.
